After nearly 40 years of service, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort retired the iconic Sublette Chair this spring, with plans to replace it with a new high-speed quad by winter 24'-25'.
In celebration of the chairlift's long and storied career, JHMR will be auctioning off individual chairs sold "as is" including the safety bar and cushion, from now until July 3rd. 20% of all proceeds will be donated to Teton Adaptive, whose mission is to develop recreation opportunities for people with disabilities living in and visiting the Greater Teton Area.

Current bids for individual chairs range from $1,200 to $2,000 on the Jackson Hole auction website. So if you're looking to support a good cause, and put a 400-pound chair on your front porch, this is your opportunity.
