Distribution Operations Manager
TGR is looking for a Distribution Operations Manager who is passionate about leading an effective team, managing all inbound and outbound products at our Victor, ID warehouse location. The role will be responsible for managing product flow in and out of the warehouse and fulfilling all online/ecommerce orders.
Responsibilities & Core Qualifications
- Manage schedules, set priorities, assign daily tasks to meet daily KPIs
- Ensures all product is received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner
- Oversee all ecommerce fulfillment and shipping
- Develop effective warehouse operations systems
- Improve warehouse design by planning layout, flow and product handling
- Provides exceptional customer service through order fulfillment and problem resolution
- Conducts inventory counts and prepares correction actions as needed
