Job Description
TGR is looking for a results driven Retail Manager to be responsible for the overall store management in our Jackson Hole location. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in sales, employee recruitment & training and retail management. Retail Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers. The Retail Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations of the store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep. Their duties include communicating with the TGR Supply team about inventory orders, scheduling employee shifts and training new employees as well as working the floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures
Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory
Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff
Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations (with assistance of the HR Manager)
Coordinate daily staffing and staffing schedules, including scheduling their own hours.
Ensure that wages, work hours, and equal employment opportunities are upheld according to state and federal standards
Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations,
Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
2-5 years of retail sales required; retail management experience and a college degree preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Experience with interviewing, hiring and evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance
Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers
Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products in order to perform and cover all work floor duties
Able to give clear directions and set expectations for staff
Demonstrated ability to lead by example
Based in Jackson Hole, WY. Candidate must be willing to relocate if not already residing there.

Job Description:
The Finance Accountant will collaborate closely with the CFO to oversee and manage TGR's daily financial operations. Serving as the primary contact for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, this role will involve communication with suppliers and customers to ensure timely payments. The Finance Accountant will also handle financial systems and reconciliations for merchandise POS systems, bank statements, and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable:
Ensure accurate coding and entry of AP transactions.
- Accounts Receivable:
Generate invoices and correspond with AR accounts.
- Bank Reconciliations & Month-End Procedures:
Complete monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
- Financial Reports & Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Core Responsibilities:
Data entry and bank reconciliation
Review and control of AP
Generation and communication of AR
Preparation of payments for approval
Control and coding of expenses
Financial administration and filing
Support for financial projects related to TGR productions
Preparation of financial reports and forecasts
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and administration preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable and time-conscious
Strong accuracy and timeliness in work
Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creative and strategic problem-solving abilities
